GENERAL ENQUIRIES
Comfortably, on most ears. The sterling silver base has a little give, so a gentle pinch brings the hoop snug against your lobe. Some styles come in two sizes, Mini and Regular — where a piece offers both, its size guide helps you find your fit.
Not at all. Slide the tip into your piercing from the front, then push the rest through. Gently pinch to settle it into a snug fit.
We've intentionally designed the hoops with an angular design — it resists the rolling that slips a round hoop out. Gently pinch to hug your lobe.
Flat backs can be tricky to wear because you need to push the posts through the back, unlike our earrings where you push the curved end through the front. Additionally, prolonged use of flat backs can cause the backing to become embedded in the back of your ear.
Tarnish-resistant. An average of 3.2 microns of 18K gold over sterling silver, up to 15x thicker than standard plating — the finish holds through water and sweat, and it takes years before any wear shows.
Yes. Designed for 24/7 wear — shower, gym, and sleep. Pat dry afterward to keep the shine.
Hypoallergenic, nickel-free, and lead-free. Precious metals only — 18K gold over sterling silver, safe for sensitive ears.
All our earrings are sold in pairs to ensure you get a matching set for each purchase. If you have any special requests or need further assistance, feel free to reach out to our customer service team at contact@ardantstays.com.
Yes. Many of our pieces come in 18K gold vermeil, 18K rose gold vermeil, and sterling silver. Where a style offers more than one finish, you'll find them on its product page.
We don't take custom or made-to-order pieces right now — every design is one we've made and stand behind. But we love hearing what you're after. Tell us the piece you have in mind, and we'll point you to the closest thing in the collection, or pass it along for what we design next.
SIZING
They're our two hoop sizes, set by diameter. The Mini measures 5mm across and sits close and quiet on the lobe. The Regular measures 7mm, with a little more presence. The size is about your ear, not the design — so once you know your fit, it holds for whichever style you choose it in.
It comes down to one measurement: the space between the center of your piercing and the bottom edge of your lobe. 5mm or under, the Mini is your fit. 6mm or above, the Regular.
Yes. Hold a ruler from the center of your piercing to the bottom edge of your lobe, or use a thread and measure it after. 5mm or under is the Mini. 6mm or above is the Regular. The Find Your Fit guide in the product photos walks you through it.
Thinner lobes usually leave less room between the piercing and the edge, so the Mini tends to sit better. Measure to be sure: 5mm or under, Mini. 6mm or above, Regular.
A lower piercing often leaves less lobe beneath it, which can point you to the Mini. Not always, though. Measure from the center of your piercing to the bottom edge of your lobe: 5mm or under, Mini. 6mm or above, Regular.
Higher placements tend to have less lobe below the hole, so the Mini is the usual pick. Measure from the center of the piercing to the nearest edge to be sure: 5mm or under, Mini. 6mm or above, Regular.
If you land between 5 and 6mm, it's about the look you want. Choose the Mini for something closer and quieter, or the Regular for a touch more presence. Both fit the same comfortable way, so you can't really get it wrong. Still unsure? Send us your measurement and we'll help you choose.
Not every style yet — but the Mini is rolling out across more of the range. Each product page shows the sizes available for that piece.
